manufacturers, distributors and suppliers (Blinknow Ltd is an English company limited by

from a competent law enforcement agency; (iv) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property,
or the public; or (v) to enforce the terms of any agreement or the terms of our Website or use of
DropBNK containers.

In addition to Blinknow ltd and sponsors of the pilot project and any future sponsors of projects
on sustainability we share your Personal Data with the following types of third-party
organisations:
Service providers: These are external companies that we use to help us
manufacture/distribute/supply the DropBNK bins and run the waste business activities (e.g. the
logistics, collections, waste disposal, fraud detection and Website operation etc). Service
providers and their selected staff are only allowed to access and use your Personal Data on our
behalf for the specific tasks. Where required by applicable law, you can obtain a list of the
providers/companies processing your Personal Data. These service providers/companies are
Processors of your Data (and may, where allowed, use Sub-Processors) and in some
circumstances may be Controllers of your Personal Data).
Third-party companies using Personal Data for their own marketing purposes: Except in
situations where you have given your consent, we do not license or sell your Personal Data to
third-party companies for their own marketing purposes. Their identity will be disclosed at the
time your consent is sought.

Retention of your Personal Data: In accordance with applicable laws, we will use your Personal
Data for as long as necessary to satisfy the purposes for which your Personal Data was
